Think you have a virus
Every Windows PC has Windows Defender installed. Run a full scan. This may take hours but also may save you a lot of grief.
To run a scan, click on your Menu Button; choose Settings; choose Privacy and security; choose Windows Security; choose Virus & threat protection; choose Scan options; choose Full scan.
Getting too much email spam
While its counter-intuitive, choosing to unsubscribe may actually generate more spam. Rather, you can usually find an option to block the email sender. Aldo, I use Blue Mail instead Outlook because it has a better spam blocking feature (in my opinion).
Has your PC been locked by “ransomeware"?
Do not pay. If you do, you have absolutely no guaranty that these scum will actually unlock your pc. Your actual only choice is to reset your PC. Resetting your PC removes all programs and data and puts you back to a plain initial system. We cannot help you get your data back.
